During this difficult time as we face COVID-19 together, Ciciban Canada has made some changes to our policies to ensure the safety and protection of our customers, employees, and partners. 

We are extending our return policy during this pandemic to 60 days after the date of the original purchase on all unworn items in their original packaging. This will allow our customers more flexibility. If you have circumstances that would require a longer return window, please contact us to make the necessary arrangements. 

Due to increased safety measures in the shipping department, we are warning customers there might be an additional day delay on all orders if the Canada Post becomes overloaded. All orders will ship within 1-3 business days.

Our team is closely monitoring the evolving situation, and we are keeping our practices aligned with the recommendations of public health and government organizations.
